the location was incredibly far from any main attractions, really could have used a shuttle. the staff didn’t have my room ready, and I can’t believe I wasn't offered a welcome drink for all my troubles.

The staff, especially Gaston, made me feel right at home with their warmth and genuine hospitality. I also appreciated the convenience of a kitchen space to prepare light meals and bond with fellow travelers. The location was wonderfully quiet yet just a short walk to the city center, making it the perfect base for exploration.

While everything was lovely, the walk to the center could be a bit far for those not keen on strolling the cobbled streets of Florence. Otherwise, I have no complaints about my experience here!
